The permit tests are fvcked up. They shouldn't be a simple "get 4 or less wrong and pass", the questions should be more weighted. A question about what to do at a red light or a 4-way stop is slightly more important than the penalties for DUI or what hand signal to use when making a left turn (hey morons at the DMV, most cars have turn signals now ). If you get 4 of the "useless" questions wrong, you can still competantly drive. If you get questions about basic rules (what stop signs mean, red lights, turn signals, etc) and other stuff that could put others at danger wrong, you should be laughed at and refused a permit/license for the next 6 months.
Oh, and I know DUI puts people at risk, but making people memorize how many beers, glasses of wine, or shot glasses of whiskey (yes, shots of whiskey ) it takes to be legally drunk isn't teaching anything. In my opinion, it should say in big, bold letters: DO NOT DRINK. YOU DRINK, YOU DRIVE, YOU GO TO JAIL. Simple, gets the point across, and doesn't require many questions on the test.
I passed the permit test w/perfect score (20 out of 20 right ), but that's probably due to my years of, uh, training, by playing NFS3, NFS4, and a little NFS5. Hoping to get my license when I turn 17 in a few months.
Good luck with the test Urban, I dunno how you managed to screw up that badly, but I was probably being too hard on you. Last night you shoulda been studying, not getting your ass kicked by me in CS
