I'll give you a hint. The answer is two letters, starts with an "N" and ends with an "O". (At the time, it was descriptive, not disparaging.)

I see, that's because they didn't consider black people attacks being worth noticing, It didn't mean that it was any less hate speech. They just weren't taking their problems into account.

Some people just have teeth that are susceptible to cavities, like yours truly. I brushed, flossed and rinsed like crazy, but still got cavities as a teen.

And I'm not American and don't live under Obama's system so I won't comment on him vs. Bush in the eyes of Americans.
But in the eyes of the world GWB was bad which is why other countries look down on the US. Other countries like Obama more.
