1) Frequent blue screens telling me it's dumping my physical memory
2)Some programs won't install...
-Win2k and WinXP will install, so will office, Quake2/3. BUT, Half life hangs during the installation, the new game dark age of camelot installs, but when I try to run it tells me I have corrupt or missing files. Slow shutdown/doesn't shutdown at all sometimes.
Can't think of any other quirks, but I tried Memtest86 or whatever it's called, showed a lot of errors, but the weird thing is when I put in (back when I had the ECS mobo, only have ddr slots now) my old pc133 ram also showed errors even when I know there's nothing wrong with those sticks.
But how can I have problems installing games, apps, etc when windows will install fine? Does windows not use any or little ram installing?
forgot to add specs
