Ate a shwarma before heading to bed. Woke up a couple hours later freezing to death even though its very hot in brother's basement. 6 hours later i have 2 sweaters on and i'm still cold even though the basement is around 30 celcius right now. Could it be a stomach bug?

Play video games all day. Pizza and Mountain Dew would be my nourishment. Maybe stick my head out the basement window once a day for my fresh air. My bed would be near my gaming PC.
