Do I have to be American to love guns?

I have shot a pistol once at the range. It was OK but not all that exciting for me. I'd consider taking a shooting class or trying an older WW2 rifle if I had the time, I think I would appreciate that more.

I don't really trust people who have guns or are fascinated by them.

i don't trust people who are afraid of inanimate objects or fear/hate an object because they wouldn't be able to trust themselves with said object.

I used to not like guns either. That's until I went to the gun range and shot a few rounds. Now I understand why murika loves guns. It's a fun hobby, home defense. I think of a gun as a tool.
