Do I have to reinstall WindowsXP after flashing BIOS?

I'm just wondering if I need to reinstall WindowsXP again if I flash my Epox 8kha+ BIOS. I haven't been able to use my other memory stick bec. this mobo will just keep beeping C1 error if i put in the second stick of 256Pc2100 Crucial DDR. I RMAed both mobo and the memory stick back to newegg, but it still won't work w/ 2 sticks in. If it deosn't work even after the BIOS flash , I will just get an Asus A7N8X.

No you won't have to reinstall Windows, but you will need to go into your BIOS and reset some settings the update will change to default.

You should not need to reinstall your OS after a BIOS flash, but get the A7N8X anyway.
