Undercover Boss is staged. Employees are coached. And yeah, and when you have a film production crew showing up at your work shadowing employees, it's pretty obvious by now what's going on. Undercover Boss may have been believable the first year, but not any more. Everybody is onto the gag.

For some reason I usually have difficulty crying to scenes involving other people, but for animals in movies as well as cartoon characters, I am highly susceptible. I think the reason is that when I see another person suffering, I see that person as competition to my own self-pity.
