Centrum Performance (got it with a coupon) seems to be much better than the Walgreens generic vitamins I used to use. This stuff has more B vitamins, ginko, ginseng, and all kinds of crazy crap like that. When I run out of these, I think I just might spend the money and get more just like them. (The coupon worked.)
Nausea? I get that occasionally, but it happens more when I'm lacking sleep. My stomach feels messed up before I even take it under those circumstances, so when I combine it with a caffeine pill and 2-3 glasses of water before rushing out of the door running late for class, I feel like crap all morning but I'm able to concentrate reasonably well.
