I ordered a Hercules 3d Prophet SDR Geforce256 SDR card from them back around august 15th 2000. I recieved it fast, but when I got home to boot it, it displayed wierd colors and locked up many times. Then came a thunderous crash! The fan and heatsink fell off and I was using it without a cooling unit! It burnt out! Man it was so hot it almost melted, but I turned it off. Anyhow, I finally get around to mailing it to them around the 25th or so. They "say" they recieve it the 31st. It is now the 17th tommorow and nothing. Nada. Zip. I requested money back, and as I payed by a money order. They gauranteed me it would be here this past friday, but I get jack! I have had it, I called them again, and now they are blaming my money order, like it's bogus! It is a real money order, I assure you all! Damn idiot bastadges! GRRR this pisses me off!
What can I do to make them give me my money back? Now I just found the great sute reseller ratings and they rate MINUS THREE on a scale of 1-10 on returns! Sheesh!
