Asking friends is ok, but still I think people will be true to their own nature. So if you ask someone if someone else is trustworthy, then you might get a little better answer, but experience in the relationship 1 on 1 will be a better predictor of what the other person is truly like.

Still you never know who someone really is inless your that person yourself. No matter if its a male or a female. Doesn't matter.

BTW it takes a long time to be able to trust someone. Most people are untrustworthy on big things. Just my opinion from personal experience.

That's the dumbest thing I've heard in a while. Good luck with life, kid.

Trust is earned.

The fastest way to get there is to get stupid drunk together. Sharing such an experience will show you where you stand.

Hearing you out?

You've post a total of about 3 sentences of rambling garbage and vague questions.

I really doubt this thread has helped sort out your untrusting personality and newsgroup obsession. But hey, you've got high school to look forward to and losing your virginity. Hopefully, in time, you'll grow up and realize there is more to life than Usenet.

Unfortunately, based on the quality of your posts since you joined AT, we can expect many YAGT from you in the future. My bet is, though, you won't heed our advice and will end up taking your sister to the prom.

How do you know that?

Ah the recursive argument of the stubborn cynic....

Even, how do you know that black helicopters aren't circling your house right now preparing to drop off a death squad?

The same way that I know the sun will rise every morning. It is just something I know.

yep, I trust no one but people I know directly for several years. I've read enough and had enough crap go down where it isn't smart to, that and I'm reading Mitnick's book The Art of Deception.

A loser takes his sister to the prom. A HUGE loser tells himself he "doesn't go to proms" so that he can feel better about his pathetic self.

A even bigger loser tries to reply back to make himself feel so special.

You don't trust anyone, yet you download from Newsgroups? If there is anyone I wouldn't trust, it's newsgroup operators.
