I don't have to worry about this. I have superior genetics. I'm 6'1" (the perfect height for male homo sapiens), of normal weight, my IQ is almost off the charts, and I'm a 10/10 (srs). My babbies will also have superior genes, assuming I can find a woman worthy of my seed.

I have some issues with people that have serious geneticly linked handicaps continiously trying to have a "normal" kid. My wife has some coworkers that have MS and each of them had two or more kids....all with MS. So now they have a family full of high needs children working a $10 an hour job. And it's not like it's a fluke deal, both of them have parents and/or siblings with similar serious neurological problems too.

It's a shitty thing to say but some genes just weren't meant to be passed down.

I am not prone to most diseases, smart, healthy... but I have neuro shit passed down from my family that makes me 2x as likely to develop schizophrenia at a young age (so I'm safe at this point). I'm also neurotic as hell and prone to depression. Should I feel bad about potentially creating above average children who won't appreciate life?

I have rheumatoid arthritis that manifested when I was 17 and, while it's not the sole reason, it's a part of the reason I won't be having kids. No reason to create a kid who would likely develop RA or pass the genes on to his/her kids who would develop RA.

Unless your genetics doom you to die at a very young age, I don't know what "inferior" is.

Neither does anyone else. What's naturally favorable (such as an athletic build such as yours) isn't necessarily good for the human race if everyone was the same.

Some undesirable genetic variations might be the key to keeping populations from being completely exterminated in the next plague.
