The older I get, the less tolerance I have for internet stupidity.

Replying to threads that you have no intelligent input on, giving 2 different opinions on the same subject, just being an asshat....it irks me.

You know, they say you get irritated at people who exemplify your own flaws...

Just ignore everyone and realize the internet is where most people go to vent their issues. The internet is the bastion for the antisocial, maladjusted and the malcontent.

Stupidity doesn't bother me much, esp. on the internet.

Intolerance, rigid and closed minded thinking, unwilling to even consider any other point of view except their own narrow view of the world and then chastising/belittling anyone who dares disagree with it....that's what grinds my gears.

Yup, Ive never been fond of stupid people but lately half of the stuff I read online just makes me ashamed of being a human
I dont understand how people can be so stupid... Is there any other species on the planet that has such inconsistent intelligence?
If we were visited by an alien species and they saw some of the crap that gets posted online all the time, I would be so embarrassed

Also, one thing Ive been noticing more and more is how gullible people are
I was just watching some Machinima parody videos on youtube (the Obama plays GTA V one in particular), and I kid you not, several people in the comments section were arguing about how there is no way it could be Obama and it sounded fake etc

And then I realized why religion is so popular across the world, it really doesnt take much effort to make people believe whatever you want them to

I'll chip $100 into the Paypal fund to pay for the hackers who writes one of the following viruses & gets it to spread far and wide: If you click "share" on the picture of 100 PS4s on Facebook with the message, "these boxes were opened, so we can't sell them. So, we're going to give them away to some lucky people.." I want the virus to mess with the firmware, rendering their computer useless. Or, if they share the Bill Gates photo with "hey, I doubt it's true, but you never know" - their computer catches on fire.

I agree, but these 16-25 year old modern progressives don't think the "world" owes them something, they specifically think that the "rest of society" owes them something.

I believe it's human nature to think that, in a cosmic sense, you are special and things should go your way.

To me, that is very different from this modern progressive mindset which culminated in the early 2000's that one should be able to get a lib arts degree, press out some coffee, and then get a $250k house with $50k car.

Same concept that we should prop up the lazy bottom feeders eating off of our social welfare system.. Exact same basement dwellers, trying to make some case like these people just are down on their luck. They are somehow incapable of realizing that lazy people do this to themselves and should be removed from society rather than push laws to actually promote these lazy scumbags to breed more lazy scumbags.
