do you carry a tool? (leatherman, knife, etc.)

I have a leatherman wave, and a leatherman super tool 200. The wave is much more useful, but the super tool is much sturdier. They are both too large though.

Any recommendations for small/medium knifes?

i have a leatherman wave that i use all the time, but what i carry on a day to day basis is a tiny buck locking blade folder with a strait blade. works very well for my purposes.

It would be OK for extremely light duty use, at best.

Hmm... I never understood product manufacturer websites that don't have an online store. What kind of dumbass thing is that? Stick a page up and charge your MSRP. At the worst you'll get no sales.

Yup... have it on my keychain and it's been there since something like '96. Only had it taken away once at Great Adventure... surprisingly. That was pre-9/11.

Of course I don't even have my keys with me when I hit the airport.

Now you're talking, Eli. I don't consider these damn all-in-one tools good for anything BUT light duty work. And butcher work at that. My brother uses his Leatherman all the time, and anything those damn pliers touch gets mangled to hell. But, that CRUNCH might just get the job done without so much damage. I might consider one of those for myself. He'd be so jealous!
