my grandmother went to some natural foods clinic in california a long time ago and when she came back she wouldnt use a microwave and wouldnt take a drink with her meal for some reasons. i dont remember them. i think shes the only person i knew who specifically didnt want a drink with a meal ever.

I always drink water with my meals but I also have coffee with breakfast. I'm also probably the only person on earth who likes beer but doesn't enjoy it with a meal.

90% of the time yes. I don't like the feeling of something hot sitting in my gut. It makes me feel sweaty and uncomfortable. I drink cold beverages to offset that feeling.

The Muslims I work with also do not eat pork. But, they drink coffee/tea/water and most other beverages provided they do not have Alcohol in them.

Yeah, I pretty much have to. I have a small ass esophagus (aka GULLET) and need something to wash the food down, or I'll frickin choke, especially if I'm eating "dryer" food like french fries or something that has bread. There's no way I could finish a McDonald's meal without a drink (unless I wanted to get food stuck in my throat).
