I don't understand the cartoon. It certainly isn't funny to me. And I see no reason to subject Michelle Obama to any disparaging cartoon(s). Leave the wife and kids alone.
I also wonder if the cartoonist is trying to say Michelle is a strong woman and Ms Trump is some kind of lightweight trophy wife of no substance.

I find Michelle Obama rather meh, neither particularly attractive nor particularly unattractive. However, it's worth pointing out that her "extensive list of accomplishments" is limited to graduating from two Ivy League schools and not screwing up her husband's reign.
On the other hand, if Homer's picture is of Melania Trump then I don't find her attractive either. I prefer women to be a bit less Stepford Institute plastic edition. (Here "a bit" means "a lot".) But c'est la vie. Like most others here, I just don't care.
