The Camry Hybrid has a MSRP of $25,900. The dealerships you go to will w/o a doubt ask over the MSRP. Compared to the Camry SE V6 (invoice - $21,640), you get almost 300 more miles per tank of gas. The bottom line is are you willing to spend $30K for a Camry? How much gas money are you saving a year by going hybrid?
Hybrid: 40/38
SE V6: 22/31

According to Toyota.com the SE V6 option is $24,315, and the Hybrid is $25,900 (the $2600 rebate make it come in at $23,300 which is 1K less than the SE V6). The SE V6 come with 17in wheels, while the Hybrid 16in wheels/better sound system (sound system is an option that you can buy for the SE).
I would go for it if I have the money & need for a new car, because it cost less than the Accord and look much nicer.

That's a fair comparison...
Yes, you get 17 in. wheels....oh, and 75 more HP...
And good luck getting those prices. Edmunds.com estimates you'd pay $28,052 for the Hybrid and $23,200 for the gas-only SE.
