Do you have a favorite pen?

..Pilot G2 Gell. I get em out at costco in multi color paks. When they get about 1/2 empty I give em away. Refills are available.

I generally use a Pentel RSVP for spinning...turns out it also makes a great sketching pen because of the pressure sensitivity. Most comfortable pen to write with has to be the Papermate Profile - the ink is soo smooth. The Pilot Easytouch has great, consistant and precise ink but it can feel a little bit scratchy. I don't like gel pens like G2's or Signos because they all tend to be a bit scratchy and ink bleeds sometimes.

Pilot G2 .5mm

My last couple jobs i used pen quite a bit, and bought my own, rather than using the ones the company supplied. I like these pens that much.

Pilot Dr. Grip are the most comfortable pens(or pencils) available. Especially if you have carpal tunnel or tendinitis. Now I have a japanese Uni alpha gel HD which is also nice.
