Well Cardone's plan is so simple, it's foolproof:

If you make $50k find ways to make $65k You make $65, find ways to make $100k. Find ways to make $150k and so on.

Follow that advice until you're at least a billionaire.

Years ago i had a part time welding business. I came to the conclusion that working all the time sucked. The extra money was OK but i'd rather have the time for myself.

Aside from our primary source of income I also invested in mutual funds and bought some stocks which I monitor everyday. I'm not sure still if it work fine as I started out 1 month ago.

I do have a small side gig that would net me about $500 per month (pure profit after all expenses). Plus I also do export to developing countries for the local nouveau rich with American made goods but it is not monthly.

I do think about the Real Estate as rentals but don't want to deal with bad tenants. I might do that later with a multi plex (4-10 units) and I live in one of them and able to keep an eye on the tenants.

Can you explain what you do with the exporting gig and how you got into that?

Dividends and Interest are 5-figures and goes up yearly - if the Fed's would normalize rates I'd be retired..

I have no desire to have a 2nd job. I work too damn hard at the first and have become successful because of my work ethic and team leadership skills. If i was burnt out from having two jobs how effective would i be at my first?
