2) I get stuck sitting next to brianmana while he dies of aids.

Nope, never had the same dream twice- or at least not that I can remember.

It's not really the same dream, but in a lot of dreams I find myself trying to run but can't. I just stand/float there trying to move my legs in a running motion but they won't work right. I don't know why I dream this but it happens fairly frequently. My sheets aren't tight btw.

I used to dream about getting my hand bit by a dog, but I haven't had that one in a while.

No dreams about you getting slapped? I am disappointed

Yeah, various ones.

Grandmother's house. I remember having this one for many many years.
- The house now has a spiral staircase.
- The spiral staircase has mattresses on the stairs.
- There is a white cabinet where there is always a black panther inside when the door is opened. It immediately jumps out a nearby window, which is always open. Even if you close the door for an instant, you've always got a fresh panther in there.

Generic someone trying to kill me dream. This theme is exceedingly common. :\
- Usually in a commercial type of building, and physics is usually somewhat pliable. Same theme though, things trying to kill me, with either guns or knives.

Dull, pointless dreams:
- Tearing off a paper towel.
- Opening a window.
- Picking up a piece of paper.

Damn stupid brain, accessing random memories during sleep. Homo sapiens' errata sheet would be just about as big as the datasheet.
- Brain is prone to losing consciousness in darkness.
- If it does not periodically become unconscious, insanity and death will result.
- Hallucinations may occur during these periods.
...many thousands of pages later...
- Workarounds for these issues: None.
- Roadmap for fixing these issues: None.

I've had the same recurring dream since college.

it's the end of a semester, and all of a sudden I discover that I signed up for a class and totally forgot to attend it all year, leaving me with a weekend to cram and try to pass the final.

Yep, one. All variations on the same theme, but with different details. I'm moving/traveling and am not packed and don't have time to get packed. Always staring down the barrel of a short deadline looking around a house, dorm room, hotel room, apartment or other residence strewn with junk that has to be out of there and no way to get it done.

It's life intruding on my dreams as a similar situation has happened to me twice in my life. A couple of times I moved on VERY short notice while other things were going down, work was busy, family stuff and getting packed and out of the places were two of the most stressful periods I've ever dealt with.

This, exactly. Sometimes though, its one step worse. I've managed to get through to the end of college and find out somehow there was a technical error with my high school diploma that creates the situation where I never should have gotten it, like not enough credits or something, and I either have to do a semester or year back in high school or I've wasted all my time in college.

I'm back in high school, sitting in a classroom going through class. Somehow my graduation was a mistake and I have to go back to finish some classes. Note that I've been out of school for the last 15 years, yet I still have this nightmare occasionally.

-I had dreams where my teeth fall out. I get really stressed out and I wake up with a hand motion already in action to check my teeth, then I realize they're ok. Such a relief.

I've had that one also. And dreams where my feet are filthy, covered with dirt, and worms are crawling around in the dirt. I wake up and have to brush my teeth or wash my feet depending on which dream I had.

And then there is the classic dream that ends with me falling from some great height and I wake before hitting the ground.

sounds like my first and second year, except I didn't forget.

the dream is a little irrational, given that if I had really forgotten and skipped the class all semester, I would have been automatically dropped from the course (iirc, standard procedure was that if you missed the first 2 weeks of the semester, you were auto-dropped unless you reached out to the Prof to notify him/her)

Not anymore, but I used to get dreams where I'd look through a window at night and then I'd see Chucky's face flash behind it at which point I'd be paralyzed in fear looking at him, then waking up.
