Do you like peanut butter & jelly?

This thread made me want some PBJ. I made two sandwiches with Santa Cruz smooth peanut butter, Streamline reduced sugar black currant preserves, and toasted seeded rye bread. Delicious.

Strange fetish you have, but at least I have something to look forward to. Been wearing socks that have a high synthetic content(gifts), and they smell like dumpsters. Peanut butter will be a huge improvement. At what age does that happen?

At about the age that you can't bend over to change them any more, give or take 6 months.

What do people think about the all natural peanut butter though? I heard a lot of recommendations for it on here, but I hated it when I tried it. Worse flavor, worse texture, tears bread to pieces no matter how much I stir it beforehand. Give me Jif or skippy any day.

Adams makes creamy all-natural, not just crunchy.

I toast my bread and it's whole wheat not Wonder white, so it can stand up to the onslaught of crunchy.

Adams with no added salt or sugar, Bon Maman mixed berries preserves, toasted wheat bread = yum.

Smart Balance is the PB I am eating right now, kinda gooey, needs no refrigeration.

Natural PB I stir well, then stick in the fridge and dig out chunks that melt on toast.

Most frequent snack use is not a PBJ, its PB on a Maria cookie. For a PBJ I use a squeeze bottle of grape or strawberry jelly, Welch's low sugar.

Not all natural PB's are equal, but I like the Peter Pan, JIF, and Skippy ones. I like them smooth like my women (no nuts).

As far as I know, the "convenient" "natural" nutters are riding the wave but still adding hydrogenated oils to their PB stay ahead.

Basically, people are mad that their good fat oils are making peanut butter hard to use. They would prefer having trans oils as they are more conveniently stable.

So basically, just grinding up peanuts and making butter of them is unheard of...
