2 cups white flour
1 cup whole weat flour
1/3 cup olive oil
kneed the crap out of it till it starts to set up, roll it out...cut it into whatever shape you'd like....let it sit out and the air and dry up a little bit or put it on a lightly oiled shet and set it in your oven at liek 175 or whatever the lowest setting is and then cook it over a slow boil...should take about half the time of store bought to cook.....this dough as also makes AMAZING piergoies...and hers a little slovak secrete...use instant mashed potatoes for the filling. don;t ask why but it makes better piergoies than real mashed taters (unless they are red skins)
