Just mixed some A1 with some Chipolte Tabasco to dip my onion rings in...phenomenal.

I also enjoy mixing ketchup and mayo, but I think that is a little more common.

As in: 3 different hot sauces (hell hot, from Jamaica - scotch bonnet puree (also from jamaica as luck has it) - and a basic red hot sauce) + fries last night was epic. I also dipped the fries in mustard and ketchup.

on topic, ketchup and sriracha is phenomenal together. I'm not sure how it goes on burgers or other standard "ketchup" fare, but it does wonders to the sausage, egg and cheese on a roll we always get for brunch/lunch.

I had some salsa the other day that was tasty, but definitely lacking in the spice level. I added a fair amount of Secret Aardvark Habanero sauce to it for a little kick. It is now the best salsa I have ever had.

Tabasco is pretty weak and watery. Good flavor, just not very hot.

There are many, far better and hotter pepper sauces on the market, but quite a few just go too far in the attempt to be "The World's Hottest."

Hot I like...nuk-u-ler I don't care for as much.

Mix the following in a pan:

1 chopped red onion
6 chopped green onions
3 minced garlic cloves
3 minced jalapenos
2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
1.5 cups of chopped fresh tomatoes
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon mace
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1 tablespoon ground white pepper
2 teaspoons kosher salt

Simmer for one hour until the liquid's mostly gone. Let it cool. Put it on hamburgers and such. It will keep in the refrigerator for a week or week and a half if you put it in a jar.
