I guess his vast accomplishment gives him the right to be critical of others.Good for you? I don't know what you are looking for here. A pat on the back or maybe a good old fashion " 'atta boy!"? 180 isn't all that heavy at 5'11". Loose an inch and go up to 260 and tell me how well you did after not stepping foot in a gym for 15 years.

OP goes to the gym to see man tits? The man tits was what motivated me to eat right and go to the gym.
Do you ever notice that judgemental thin people tend to not be able to do the simplest things like a proper squat and concentrate 95% of their workout on a dozen different variations of a curl
I don't notice fat people at the gym.
KT
Nah, KT goes to one of those buff people only gyms.Best answer ever. You should be focusing on your own workout, not looking around to notice the stupid shit that goes on with other people.
Speaking of judgmental people, how you all doin in this thread?
Speaking as judgmental people, where is the punctuation? Too many arm curls got you all pooped out?
A lot fat people use cardio machines for like 5 minutes and then stop. While normal people stay on one for 30-60 minutes.
How do they feel accomplished at doing 5 minutes of cardio?

Oh and of course the already anorexic girls lifting 2 lb pink DBs for 50 reps.
Sorry, I love people watching at the gym! So much funny stuff. I will say though that it is definitely an honor to watch the strong guys lift. I am not that big IMO and have a long way to go...so I really love talking to teh strong guys and getting some tips.
There is another dude at the gym I see all the time. I figured out his routine after going there for a few months:
Monday: Biceps
Tuesday: Biceps
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Biceps
Friday: Biceps
Sat/Sun: Off
What about you? You're standing around the gym taking down statistics on fat people's exercise habits instead of actually working out.
No self discipline.
5-10 minutes is still more than the fattys that are still sitting in their moms basements snorting down cheetos
I was hoping for pics....Nah, I honestly do not pay attention to those around me unless they are using something I need.
KT
Ha, the standing full body swing with the ez bar.Watching most people work biceps is cringeworthy. The proper form for any type of curl is so simple, yet so few people do it right. Especially the herds of geeky high school boys that hang out together at my hometown Y.

Now wait a damn minute...........why do you think i'm just standing around? I'm not one those old creepy men who go there to stare. When i'm doing my own workout on an elliptical, treadmill, etc... I can't help not to notice the habits of fat people in front of me.
Gotta occupy those 2-3 minutes between sets with something! Might as well be people watching! What about you? You're standing around the gym taking down statistics on fat people's exercise habits instead of actually working out.
