Except omega-3 fatty acids have been scientifically proven to be very healthy.
And unless one likes to eat fish everyday, the body doesn't get them from anywhere else.
i do as well. i bought it from costco, but i've heard there are better pharmaceutical grades out there. i also eat avocados, and heard there are benefits to eating brown rice, and more almonds/cashews instead of potato chips, so i might look into that as well.
