Do you take fish oil?

The bio-availibility of the stuff I get is pretty damn good.

But that first piss after I take the round is practically neon from the B.

Except omega-3 fatty acids have been scientifically proven to be very healthy.
And unless one likes to eat fish everyday, the body doesn't get them from anywhere else.

I'd rather pop several fish oil tablets a day than go on cholesterol medication.

i do as well. i bought it from costco, but i've heard there are better pharmaceutical grades out there. i also eat avocados, and heard there are benefits to eating brown rice, and more almonds/cashews instead of potato chips, so i might look into that as well.

I got 6 bottles from puritan's pride for $20 in November. I love fish oil! No fish burps at all. Pretty healthy thing to take, so why not.

Yes, I've been taking them since the summer. I don't eat fish, but need help with my HDL & LDL.
