Yep. I would eat fish, but I have an irrational problem with seafood of all varieties.

I'm not buying it any longer, though. Have ~40 days worth left.

I eat lots of walnuts each day, which are very high in omega-3 fatty acids. I'd rather eat it as-is in a natural form as opposed to some extract.

What about garlic?

Yes, I take two fish oil caplets every evening (so I don't have fish breath throughout the day). Get a big container of them for $6 or so from Costco, lasts me just under a year. Omega 3 fatty acids FTW.

I consume enough fish not to take any. I tend to have fish at least twice a week.

While it is healthy, I don't go there

Are you trying to become healthier in general? If so, check out the book "SuperFoods Rx". It covers 14 very healthy foods including: beans, blueberries, broccoli, oats, oranges, pumpkin, salmon, soy, spinach, tea, tomatoes, turkey, walnuts and yogurt.

In my day-to-day eating I tend to consume 5-7 of them on average.

Also, regular sleep pattern, cardiovascular exercise and lifting weights together blends into a healthier you. Food is an important aspect, but there are definitely other factors such as these to consider.

I consider myself incredibly healthy.

I work out about 4-5 times per week, including running and swimming. I have a muscle condition so I can't lift weights, but I do push ups, sit ups, crunches, squats, etc. etc. (anything with my own weight).

I eat fairly right... high protein, fruit, veggies, NO sweets or packaged goods or anything like that.

Yes. I take Fish Oil and Flaxseed Oil tablets every day. They're very healthy for you, so why not?

Garlic, fish oil, multi-vitamin, melatonin, sometimes. For the cost it, who knows if it really helps, but it?s worth it I guess.

Yes. The Omega 3s in fish oil have been proven to lower triglycerides. As well as a number of other maladies.

I'd rather pop several fish oil tablets a day than go on cholesterol medication.

Keep them in the freezer.

No more bad breath/fish burp issues.

Really? That's good to know! The burps were awful...just like burpin up fish! ha! (I'm Alaskan, I've eaten LOTS of fish...still do.)

Yes. Increases HDL, can lower LDL. Garlic has not been substantiated as a help.

Interesting crap out there. My current favorite is glutathione, which is quite helpful, but useless if ingested: your cells must make it themselves.

Yeah I take it now.
Hopefully get the benefits of fish without gobbling a bunch of fishy flavored meat.
Hasn't affect my breath.

Yes.

I take a handfull of suplements most every morning.
2 Multi-vitamin tabs
1 Vitamin-C tab
1 Vitamin-E cap
2 B complex tabs
6 Lecethin caps
1 Coenzyme Q10 cap
2 Flavonoid anti-oxidant caps
2 Fish-oil caps (if I remember to, I take a few before I go to bed)
~900mg piracetam

Once my supply of fish-oil caps run out I'm gonna switch to the straight flaxseed oil that comes in a bottle.
