Do you? What other health food supplements do you take? anything you claim really works?
I always take stress tabs...and when lifting I have some other vitamins...
as for supplements, I take them because of lifting and running....Met RX proptein bars...protein shakes..regular power bars....creatine...have taken n02 etc...on top of all healthy foods, chicken pasta etc...
So what do you do for your health in terms of eating for fuel and not pleasure?
