With all the contraversy over politics, war, religion, and oil, and all the lies made by the current administration, do you think that civil unrest could happen and lead to a civil war (people vs. state) in America in your lifetime?

Which was the last generation that didn't live through a war?

Edit: Oh, civil war. No, probably not. The American government has the American people just where they want them.

Why would the Libs want to start one? They are the gun grabbers so they wouldn't have anything to fight with except rocks and sticks and knives which means they would loose rather quickly.

Zero chance.

The general public can barely be motivated to vote, even then it's straight ticket so they don't have to think about it more than 10 seconds.

Here's another question. Say, hypothetically a civil war was to break out, between the people who were for the current political situation vs. the people that wanted the administration tried for war crimes and what-not. What side would you be on?

Easy....the side the Libs were not on. War crimes? That is a strecth so I would have to battle against stupidity.

^ true, anyone starting a civil war for "what-not (like, whatever)" deserves a bullet to the head to improve the gene pool.

I'm what you'd call a lib and I'm no gun grabber. If my tax cut was worth a sh!t I would be a lifetime member of the NRA.

Civil unrest... very possible, it seems to be a constant cycle throughout the course of American history, and it has been a while. Civil War... I can't even picture it. People are upset, but not to the point where a large enough group of people would be willing to take up arms and cause a civil war.

Do you sleep under a rock? It happens every day. Whether you see it or not, depends on the neighborhood you hang out in.

War in Europe is very likely because of rapidly increasing immigrant problems, and due to the fact that politicians are trying to ignore all those problems.

Civil war on a large scale? No. Unlikely. Civil unrest or low intensity war sure. Very likely. At least according to the Pentagon.

In fact the military, including the Marines, practice this on actual real streets in the US. I watched a show on this subject where they showed Marines in full gear and weapons etc practicing trying to control a crowd of people (they were off a base and not actual protesters).

However I also saw them walk down a real street in the middle of night. Knocked on people's doors asking them questions etc. They even forced the cameraman to turn off the camera when they realized what he was doing.

Also saw footage of special forces unit doing an exercise in a small town and rappelling off a completely blacked out Blackhawk at night. The producers actually walked into the sheriff's office and asked about them to see if they made some sort of arrangements. Apparently not.

Supposedly, tho I have yet to research this to confirm, a couple of SFG members (aka Green Berets) were killed when they burst into a town's police station with weapons drawn and blabbing about something. Apparently the cops didn't know what was going on (exercise) and dropped them both instantly. I wouldn't be shocked of this was true since I know from experience it's not that easy to discern friend from foe at the drop of a hat when they got a gun pointed at you. You tend to focus on the fact that you got a gun pointed at or towards you and not what a patch on a uniform says. Especially when it's camo and you can't really see it anyway.

P.S. I find it ironic that the Marines actually take part since when they are sworn in they actually swear to uphold the Constitution of the United States. I don't recall other services doing that but I may be wrong. Anyway here they are tossing it out the window.

P.P.S. I know that SFG members take part in exercises in small towns but they have agreements with them and the town people take active part. In the incidents above there was no such agreement and the Producers proved it when they checked with the sheriff.

Oh yeah, they'd "loose" Loose stool? heh. OK genius, whatever you say. You see though, you're wrong. Some "librulz" have weapons. I do. You're welcome to test the notion.
Yes, I think a civil war is possible.

laughable.

The media and extremists in this country like to whip up this sense of division within the country. 90% of the country doesnt have the ambitions nor the care to create a civil war for the other 10%.

I think it would actually do good in the long run.

Watch these big houses on the hill that run everything burn to the ground and get the people back in power.

Plus watching Zendari scream like a little girl when some 8 year old beats him down would be fun too

If there was a civil war it wouldn't be right vs. left, it would be rich vs. poor. The ghettos would empty and the suburbs would drown in blood.

So what? Most KKK members vote republicans. I wouldn't put the two groups together, just because most of them vote that way
