Do you think an "anything goes" sports league is possible in the next 10-20 years?

I will admit though, if we ever get a game show like Running Man, I will watch every episode.

Everyone thinks they're clever and funny when they predict the NFL taking all hits out of the game because of what's been removed so far.

What they've actually removed are mostly cheap shots. Horse collar tackes, late hits, hits on defenseless receivers, ect. are all cheap as hell.

Some of the rules against QBs are getting a bit silly. The hands to the head calls I a bit moronic in a lot of cases.

I laugh at the UFC comments. Even UFC got dumb down from what it was when it first came out. The only 2 rules back then was no hair pulling and no biting. Back then people where getting nut shots and bloody up to no end but look at it now any sign of someone getting a beat down the ref steps in. No way there be any sport that let it happen all the way.

No biting and no eye gouging were the rules of UFC 1, which was billed as no rules. And it was a stupid tournament format with no weight classes and no time limits (until like UFC 11 or 12).

Also, nobody wanted to watch a bunch of unstructured amateurs. The PPV buy rate was incredibly poor for a sporting event, especially compared to what the UFC gets today.

Actually when I think about it, a Running Man type show might one day happen but not with human participants, instead it'll be Androids.

Trump is in cohoots. His anti-NFL shtick started around the same time Vince created the LLC. A no holds barred game against Vince and Trump isn't out the question. Might even make it hair vs hair like last time.
