I really don't disagree with him. I even told the hearing officer that. They always give you the last word and mine was something to the effect of, "I realize that I don't deserve to have a license but I would appreciate the chance. I have no desire to drink and I would appreciate being able to have a somewhat normal life. I am no longer a risk to society and I will not offend again."
Then she gave me the lecture about the blow and go and how if I blow dirty even once, I'm done. I said no problem whatsoever. Then she said "I don't want to hear that you just used mouthwash and that's why you blew dirty." I started laughing and asked if people were really that stupid. She chuckled and said that indeed, people tried it all the time. It reminded me of the posters on here that claim if they say they just used mouthwash they can get out of a DUI.
