Actually, I don't acknowledge that there are 3 movies. I am fairly sure that 2 and 3 were supposed to be one single feature, but the lure of a money-making trilogy was too much to bear for the Wachowsky brothers.

Yeah, they were both completed at the same time.

They stretched about 2 hours of material into 5+. Annoying.
