Two wrongs don't make a right.
The driver is responsible for any damage/medical bills that the skateboard suffered.
The skateboarder should have to pay for a new windshield.
All three of them where in fault. The car missed a stop sign, the kid vandalized, and the camera man recorded vertically.
The butthurt rich hate in this thread is strong.

Are you sure about that?
I was also talking about the YT comments and even the comments on this forum. Many people hate the rich. Why? Jealousy.
People need to audit what their doing everyday. Me included! If you want wealth are you willing to hustle. Weekends, on holidays, etc.. Are you willing to give up Netflix, video games, your weekend baseball games. If not, then don't bitch about other people having money.
BTW, the driver was an a-hole. No doubt he's a jerk. He was in the wrong. But, many people feel he deserved having his window smashed in because he was driving a very expensive car. That's all I'm saying.
That could have been me in an 80's Yugo - I'd have ran over that bastard with my car, then go and slap his mother in the face. An eye for an eye is my motto.
Yeah, it didn't have anything to do with the car driver knocking the kid over in the crosswalk, idiot.

TTIWWV
Look, I've almost ran over a few skaters. They are hard to see, move quick, and have a similar profile to the front pillars of most vehicles. Is what it is. That said, he had no right to smash this guy's windshield.
There's two points in life when people do this kind of thing and it really determines your level of control over your self.
A. I'm impulsive, don't give a shit, I'll worry about the consequences later.
B. Yeah, I can afford to do this.

Destroying inanimate objects that don't belong to you is effing stupid, the skater's a maroon. You get in people's grill not their car.
You can hear the kid's skateboard crossing at the beginning of the video, before the car is anywhere near the stop sign.
The driver clearly runs the stop sign, and ends up stopping in the middle of the cross walk, after either hitting, or nearly hitting the skateboarder. This happened mostly off screen, so we'll assume that the car didn't hit the skateboarder but made him fall, like the person who filmed said.
The driver, who nearly hit the skateboarder then honks at him, and either the driver or the passenger says "fucking move bitch", or something similar.
I can't blame the kid from having a temporary lapse of judgement under those circumstances.
Which video were you watching? This one doesn't show any kid getting knocked over.
I was catching a video of the sunset saw this McLaren run a stop sign and make a kid fall off his skateboard.
If it were a 2002 Honda there probably wouldn't even be a thread.
