While touch-only devices aren't really suited for some games -- as much as developers insist on trying -- I do think that they work fairly well when the input method is taken into account. I also think that some games with simple control schemes can work just fine on a touch system. For example, I've played quite a few JRPGs that work rather well.
We just need to teach developers that an on-command virtual joystick is better than some static one!
Very true, so it depends what kind of games you're after. Despite the emulators and on screen controls I simply can't play platformers like Mario on a touch screen. So things like LBP for me can only come from something with buttons and a real dpad/joystick. But yes, there are still some good games made for solely touch controls. I just keep them separate in my head given the games I prefer to play.
Bought a Assassins Creed Vita bundle last night. I was looking forward to playing Ragnorok Odyessy, so figured i would get this one.

Hmm if I buy a game from Target, does anything stop me from returning it to Gamestop (with Gamestop receipt)?
I ask because I bought Assassin's Creed: Liberation from Gamestop, but I didn't even consider that Target has a Buy 2 Get 1 Free deal going on right now for all video games. I could buy ACL and Ragnarok and get Gravity Rush for free. The problem is... that I already own ACL. So, I could buy it again, and just return the newly purchased, unopened copy to Gamestop.

Hmm looks like it won't matter, because Ragnarok is listed on Target's site, but it's noted as being not available online or in stores. I'd have to do it online since my local Target doesn't have Gravity Rush or Ragnarok (obviously) in store.
