I'm a guy and I wear capris. I also wear halter-tops and panties. But I wear steel-toed construction boots & grew a mustache to balance it out so that overall it's neutral.

well uh... if they walk around with a bike--ie bike actively--then its justified. if theyre wearing it casually to class, or around town friday night... then youve got another thing.

also, messengers bags--another thing thats now deemed metro/homo--used to be de riguer component of a bike messenger (obviously, by the namesake)... however its also trickled down to the main populace

so if theres a dude walking around in twill/khaki capris, with a messenger bag slung from his shoulder, and looks like he weights 105 lbs and/or has never partaken in a sport in his life... then you can mark those off as as one with an off-center orientation
