If I remember the pythagorean theorem correctly (and I probably don't) a 17" 4:3 would be 13.6" wide and 10.2" high. A 19" ws (16:10) would be ~16.1" wide and ~10.1" high. So as the previous poster said, a lot wider but a bit shorter.
