The fire 7 is a smoking deal at $29.99 if you don't need the Google store and apps. Read kindle books, play Amazon music, watch Netflix and prime, play your own media (SD card support up to 128 GB). The built-in speaker is weak, but headphones sound great and it can connect to bluetooth speakers or a receiver.

I'm tempted to pick up a second one as a spare....

Picked up a cheap set of "Callaway" Strata golf clubs with bag for $125, need a set for a scramble this coming weekend. I think Callaway just licensed their name for use, either way I probably golf less than 5 times a year so this set should do.

Free returns - can you determine if they are adequately breathable if you put them on indoors and walk around on carpet or the like?

They aren't as breathable as my running shoes but they aren't crazy warm like winter shoes or anything.

An Instant Pot is an electric pressure cooker. Think crockpot (slow cooker), but faster. And can do more stuff. So if you like to (or what to) cook at home, it's a pretty great tool. A lengthier explanation:

I would hesitate to recommend that one. Not that it's bad, just that it's bigger, which means a bigger physical space required on the countertop & for storage, and longer to preheat because it has more volume inside. The standard model is the 6-quart, which used to be $129, but has dropped down to a $99 standard price:

I have the 6-quart, the 8-quart, and a much larger 14-quart (ten pounds of chili at once FTW). I use the 6-quart on pretty much a daily basis, sometimes multiple times a day. Honestly for the extra ten bucks, I would steer most people to the smaller 6-quart model, unless you plan on cooking a large quantity or large items on a regular basis.

Ugh, I spoke to someone at Amazon and they said the promotion is for Primenow.amazon.com It's their same day delivery website. So, if you live in a city that has it, you can place your first order by midnight PST to get the promotion. Products are limited but some still have PrimeDay pricing.

Update - bought a pair of headphones that were 25% off for PrimeDay but weren't going to be available til July 20 on Amazon.com but got them on PrimeNow.Amazon.com for the PrimeDay price minus the $10(plus an additional $10 off my next order) with 10PrimeDay with delivery 8-10am in the morning. Interesting thing is that with PrimeNow they add a recommended tip which they put down $9 for only a 3 mile trip. I changed it to $4 and I guess you have 24 hours after delivery to change the tip amount.
