does anyone make money online?

I was just wondering if anyone here does anything online to make money. Whether it's filling out surveys, running your own site of sorts, maybe stocks, whatever. I'm currently job hunting but I do have time in-between all the waiting and what not to make some extra money. TIA

every week someone asks this and the answer is always no with a few rare exceptions which dont really make much money. Your best option is to just join those clubs to fill out contests and perhaps win some stuff.

Well, I run a site too and I do make money from various forms of advertising there (AdSense has really sucked for me by the way as far as $$ goes .. it's strict CPC).

I'm just looking for other methods.

I make my living online. It's no different than the physical world, if you're qualified to perform a certain service that's applicable to the medium, you can make a living doing it.

If you think you can make a living filling out surveys online, ask if you can make a living filling out surveys offline. If not, then probably no.

Finding a job which doesn't require you to use the front door every morning is not much harder than finding one that does if you have a certain level of qualifications to perform real work.

It does, you have to sometimes register for hundreds or thousands of surveys. It's very important to use a specific email account with filters (GMail) or mail rules to sort them out, follow up, etc. If you get it down to a science it's a lot more manageable.

I do. I scan hundred dollar bills at the highest resolution imaginable, send them off to vistaprint, and have it fedex'ed to me. Viola. I also sell alot of shit on eBay.

I would not recommend going into stocks if you are jobless.

I remember back i nthe day I used to make $26 a day rating music for a site called jaboom.com, they went out of business long ago. "They" bought me a 32" Toshiba tv, toshiba dvd player, around 70 DVDs from reel.com, cdnow.com and amazon.com... Easily $2k worth of stuff at the time over around 4-5 months worth of work (around 20 minutes a day).

Of course that was when I didn't work and only went to school.
