you know I tried out some halo2 on my 2005fpw and I couldn't get it to look good. Even after putting the xbox on widescreen mode.

I gotta say that it looks like complete crap if you use the composite cable (the Yellow RCA jack)

I use S-Video, so you may want to get a Gamecube SVideo cable ... cost less than $10 on eBay (I got my PS2 SVideo cable for $6 including shipment)

My setup is really ghetto ...

I hook the SVideo to the 2005FPw, then connect the 2 audio jacks into an extender (about 5'), then put the extender into a headphone coupler (2xRCA --> headphone) and lastly, put that in the MIC port on my desktop

I use my PS2 -> S-video on a 2001fp. I'd like to get a vga adapter but I haven't seen anything that looked good. Let me know if you know of one.
