Does ATI AIW 7500 OEM Have GemStar Guide+

The OEM All-In-Wonder 7500 is $16 cheaper at Newegg than the retail version. Does the OEM version inclcude the interactive TV program guide? Is it software that you install or is it built into the card?

I can't answer your question from experience, but I can tell you that Guide+ does come on the driver disk of the retail version. I would find it odd that ATI would have two versions of the installation disk one for OEM and one for retail.

Yes it does. It is software you install, and it comes on the included ATI CD. Unlike other ATI card models, The OEM AIW cards are always exactly the same card as the Retail model minus bonus software, fancy box and warranty. I got my OEM AIW 7500 from Newegg myself, came with everything but the Game/Editing software. Clocked at the same 260/380 as the Retail AIW 7500.

Thanks for the answers. I will go with the OEM version then. I did notice in Newegg's product pictures that the retail version snows manuals and the OEM doesn't. Could be an oversight in the pictures. But for $16 difference I will go without manuals.

A DVI to VGA adapter comes with the retail box. You may want to check if that comes with the OEM version (unless you have an LCD monitor).

It comes in the OEM box, along with EVERYTHING but the game/editing software.
