The big problem with Levi's isn't fit, it's quality. The material is as thin as possible to make something that holds together while it sits on the shelf at the store. It won't take long to start getting holes at the typical wear points.

I wore the 559's for years and they fit great, just right. Decided that the couple pairs I've had were starting to get a little worn so I figured it was time to add another pair to the rotation. Bought the same size, 36x34 and same style 559 and they were so tight I could barely get into them. I dunno what happened but they certainly dont fit like the older ones do.

You got fat, thats what happened.

If you have a Bass Pro Shop near by, check out there Redhead brand jeans, they seem to be of good quality, and a true to size fit. I picked up a couple of pairs on clearance for really cheap and have not been able to destroy them yet.
I quit buying levi's a couple of years back after I bought 2 pairs of their carpenter jeans that seemed like they might actually be a work quality jean, and both pairs ripped at the rear pocket edges in the first week of wearing them. Sorry, but you can't blame that on me being fat, as I normally wear a 30x32, and at 6ft, I am a skinny bastard.

560's have always been fine for me if not a little baggy. The cuts can vary quite a bit in the same size and same line of pants. I have to try quite a few pairs on to find the ones that fit best.

That's my problem. But it's further complicated by a genetic condition known as the "Irish No-Ass Syndrome" where I have no ass to speak of to help hold up the waist line.

Lol I have the opposite issue. There's a reason the call me "bubble butt" to this day.

I find the fact that all of you guys know the exact brand/name and model number of your pants a little unsettling. I would have to check what I'm currently wearing.

For jeans, I go Wrangler, boot cut.

Have been for decades, always will.

Can just pick up several pair when needed, and wear em for years.

Cheap, well made, fit well.

Relatively cheap I guess compared to others, I only buy any when on sale.

What jeans should be IMHO.

Most jeans are a bit tight in the crotch and ball area for me. I have been convinced for some time women must be designing them, or the average guys crotch is a lot less endowed than I am.

I prefer button fly pants, too, like 501's because I like to let the junk breathe a bit, and I like undoing my belt and pants all the way down the front and ripping my bad boy all the way out at urinals to the astonished gasps and stuff.

And the low cut, skinny style of women's jeans that some under-endowed men wear now would also not work on me, either. Again, this style is clearly designed by women and simply called men's jeans. Once they start making bust dart wife beater tee shirts for men, the feminization of men will be complete, and the Amazonian overlords will retake this planet.

When mommy or wifey buys your jeans, that shit happens. But I bet they think you look good in the skinny low cut jeans with the top of your junk peaking out the top though, so there's that. And I gotta admit, I snuck a little peak, too. :whiste:

I don't like tight-fitting clothing and I mostly buy my own clothes I just don't care about the brand at all.

Since when were 505s tight? 505s are just about perfect fit wise. Loose enough but not so loose that they look sloppy.

I wore 569's for a long time. Since 2012, the 569s have gotten tighter. The last pair I bought feel like nut huggers now. Same size. Different fit. Read the Amazon reviews.
