For a mass produced commercialized Italian food, it isn't terrible. I wouldn't eat there, but that is because I can afford to eat decent food.
What is decent if not terrible?
Do they at least cook the pasta on location?I would assume it's like most chain family restaurants. Meals come pre-made in kits from head office. The kitchen staff just take them out of the freezer and heat them up. That's how they get consistency regardless of what location you visit. On the other hand, you're paying top dollar for what's basically airline food.
