Does this look like a spider bite?

It started out like a little pimple the other day, now it hurts like hell and throbs.

I believe it's a scab and it's on my knee.

think i had a similar one on my arm a year ago. it heats up and hurts. i think it healed within 2 weeks. i think some balm will speed it up (tiger balm, vicks vaporub etc)

that is pretty inflamed and irritated...take some benydryl and put cortisone cream on it...i would go to the doctor also...there is no necrosis around the site...just inflmmation...but would still get it looked at if i were you

Put "Boil Ease" on it to draw out the puss. Get a sterile scalpel and lance that sucker yourself. Clean it over and over with peroxide. Save $$$!!!!!

My friend had one of those once and did that. Nasty stuff.

Spider bites will have pairs of holes and usually bite in clusters. That's like a hive or an ingrown hair.

thats a bad picture. but it looks like u have some cellulitis. Could be from any cause. If it continues to get worse and ooze pus you should see a doctor. Dont need to go to the ER, but see ur family doc. Popping it yourself is acceptable, but make sure to clean it with hydrogen peroxide and wash with lots of soapy water three-five times a day.

Because ATOT is known to have some of the finest Doctors and people known to have good tenure in the studies of Arachnology. To me it looks like he has been bitten by an American Gilibat (Erectus Nogetumus). What he needs is a pocket knife a plug of tabacco and a bannana leaf. Heat the pocket knife over the stove intil it's red hot while chewing half the plug. When the knife is done heating take it a start cutting an inch away from the center of the inflamation and make a complete circle, making sure that all of the putrid flesh has been removed. put the knife back on the fire to get hot again Then take the tabacco and stuff the wound with it.(you might feel a slight stinging during this part of the procedure) Take the knife back off the flame and press the flatside to the wound until it stops sizzling, then take the bannana leaf and wrap it around the wound until the toes start to tingle.

That said, I've had ingrown hairs look like that before... but I've also seen spider bites look like that before.
