I think you're probably going to need to look at motherboards designed for servers, because no desktop motherboards (AFAIK) have 64bit PCI slots. Unfortunately, I know next to nothing about server motherboards, so I can't help you there.

You ask a lot. Tyan has a board coming out soon, Trinity GC-SL (S2707), that adresses what you're looking for. Since DDR is pretty new to the Intel side of motherboards they're going to be few and far between solutions.

Unfortunately those server type boards, w/ one or two 64 bit pci slots, only have onboard video, and NO agp slot.
i too, along w/ alot others, would love to have a 64 bit slot(to take full advantage of my scsi controller).
i have always been a TYAN fan, but they dont quite make a server/ desktop type board.
maybe some day someone will

Thats false. Intel i860 boards are RDRam capable for socket 603 Xeons and carry an AGP Pro slot in addition to 64bit, 33Mhz PCI

66mhz 64 bit pci slot

Usually only available on mobos designed for servers. I don't know of a P4 board that has it, and I don't know why you'd need it either.

This is an outrage!!!
The people demand 64bit PCI .. NOW!
Out of curiosity, why do you need 64bit PCI?
SCSI card? Serious SCSI raid madness?

Realistically, you're probably going to want a Xeon or two (with hyperthreading and possibly a larger cache - someone correct me if I'm wrong on that?) to go with your SCSI RAID madness and your gigabit ethernet. So, in that case, the i860 board aforementioned would suit you well.

All the 64-bit PCI mobos I've seen do not have an AGP slot. Servers generally do not care about an AGP slot, and mobo manufacturers seem to believe that only servers need 64-bit PCI. A nicely loaded SCSI system can easily max out the PCI bus. If I had a choice between a system with one or two 64-bit/66MHz PCI slots, and only 32-bit/33MHz slots, I'd pay $50 more for the 64-bit/66MHz PCI slots. I don't currently have that option (or at least not one that I've found).

I really don't care whether it uses DDR266 or DDR333 as long as the memory bandwidth is there. A lot of the server mobos that use DDR266 are dual channel and have more bandwidth than single channel DDR333. [Edit: I don't support Rambus, so I don't care about any Rambus solutions.]

and dont forget it would have to be overclockable too...
does anyone know of an overclockable p4 board w/ onboard 64 bit controller and an AGP?

Just give it up. You'll probably never (at least not in the near future) get such a board. PCI-X and it's slower cousin PCI 64bit/66mhz are high-end technologies, to be used on high-end boards. The Xeon is a high-end processor; the Pentium 4 isn't. AGP is already to be found in some dual Xeon boards along with PCI 64bit/66mhz slots (read: Intel 860 chipset). None of these boards will do anything to make overclocking easier, because overclocking reduces stability, and these boards are designed for maximum stability, not the ability to push +1mhz more out of a chip.
