Yes this is true, it is like you've granted an easement to the sl*t, by caring for the kid for a while you've made it her right to receive that support until the kid is 18 yrs old.



On a related topic, it looks like this test can be done without the wife knowing about it at all. I really hate to say this, but I think all guys should do this (and do not procrastinate) no matter how much they trust their wife. Again I think it is sad that I have to say this but this is how life how is, just be careful.

I think the woman should be forced to admit who the real father is, confirm by paternity test, and then have that poor bastard pay the child support. Or if you find out way later who it was, you should sue his ass to get back the child support.
