The clearly proven way to reduce earthquake frequency is by cutting taxes.
But truth be told, MA nature and plate tech-tectonic that drive earthquake events have no causal bearing on tax cuts or not, but still, it proves you can't prove me wrong.
But wait, maybe JeepinEd does have some local predictive validity. Region X sit fat dumb and happy as the earthquake stresses build. Then one fine day Region X has a major earthquake, and if they are even luckier, a number of strong aftershocks. After the aftershocks ends, we can say the stresses in the region are greatly reduced, and its going to be a long time before region X has a major earthquake on that section of the fault. Meanwhile, Region X has so much public infrastructure damage that they have to raise taxes to pay for it all.
