Exercises like this never do shit. The government waste is death by a billion cuts, but fixing that is hard work. So they are going to find things with titles that make people say "why are we spending time on that?" Usually actually being important things that have completely negligible costs. They will also bitch about expensive aircraft parts. All they're really going to do is recommend that a bunch of programs the conservatives don't like to be killed, irrespective of how efficient or worthy those programs are.
