I'd cream my pants if the jury turns out to be all closeted ultra liberals who vote against fox. and their appeals get denied.Ruling by Judge today on the summary judgment motions in the Dominion v Fox News case.
1) Fox Corp and Fox News' motions for summary judgment to dismiss the case have been denied.
2) Dominion's motion for summary judgment is granted in part and denied in part.
Specifically, the judge has ruled that Dominion was in fact defamed - Fox made statements of fact, and not opinion, that were defamatory.
However, he is leaving up to jury trial whether there was actual malice in the defamatory statements, and whether Fox Corporation (parent of Fox News) is responsible/liable for those defamatory statements
(edit: and whether there were in fact damages to Dominion, and the amount of such damages, also left to civil jury trial)
Sort of reminds me of Trumpfox got cocky because they have been getting away with everything for so long. hopefully this is the step too far that bites them in the ass, and if so, I will personally take a vacation and hug all the Dominion lawyers on this one as my civic duty

But why let truth get in the way of a good made up story.
