Shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit.Which Republican candidate for president will be the first to run on they will pardon
Not really true if you are a long time investor; Fox has changed a lot since Trump's rise to power. While right leaning; they used to be a pretty decent news station; but most of the quality personal have either been fired (for sticking to the facts) or left in disgust and now you have a propaganda station. While it is fun to watch them eat their own, f' Fox investors. They knew what Fox was when they bought it.
Can't pardon for a civil offense; this is not a criminal case.Which Republican candidate for president will be the first to run on they will pardon Fox News and everyone associated with them?

I am shocked they actually turned over any incriminating evidence in the 1st place.Hiding shit in discovery is kinda bad isnt it? A little bit?
thats for the judge to decide but there are indeed rules about what you can and cannot reveal during a trial with regards to pre-trial preparation. (I learned that from my mother)So can Dominion use the fact Fox hid stuff in discovery during the trial in front of jurors?
Painting a picture of pattern of lying and dealing in bad faith

Dominion was seeking that, but from what I read so far, not been granted. But Dominion has demonstrated more examples of Fox failing in its discovery obligations - just delivering some materials now a week before jury selection - and the judge just today has now sanctioned Fox for thisSo can Dominion use the fact Fox hid stuff in discovery during the trial in front of jurors?

Fox News sanctioned for withholding evidence in Dominion defamation case
The judge is giving Dominion Voting Systems a chance to conduct another deposition, at Fox's expense.www.nbcnews.com
Do you think the Dominion lawyers in a trial about lying and defamation can at trial bring up the judge found Fox to have lied to him during discovery?I doubt the sanctions will prejudice Fox News much before the jury, because the judge won't want to be reversed on appeal. However, the sanctions imposed here are less important than whatever the newly discovered evidence is going to show. We already know what is in much of the discovery thus far. If Fox News was hiding this I can only assume it's going to get worse for them.
He said more than that; he said the vote was amazingly accurate. I mean this was known of course since Georgia hand counted the votes during the recount.....LOLOLOL
Producer: “Was there any issue with the machines [found during the audit in Georgia]??”
Trump spokesperson “Uhhh…can I go off the record here? The Secretary of State found no issue with the machines”.
Fox is trying hard to settle at last minute now, judge delayed trial a day to allow for settlement talks it appears...
Would be nice but unfortunately in a civil case they can take whatever they want. We can hope they require an admission of guilt but don't be shocked if they take the money and run. Of course they would likely get more from a trial; but trials can be long drawn out event; not so much the immediate trial but then the appeal process....Despite any monetary settlement from Fox, Dominion must also insist on a statement of admission of guilt from Fox News and from individual Fox News hosts i.e. Carlson and Hannity if Dominion is to maintain any credibility from all of this.
If Dominion only cares about the money and no accountably from Fox then Carlson and Hannity will continue to spread their lies on air AND claiming the settlement was only a SIMPLE EVERY-DAY BUSINESS MATTER.
If a settlement is in fact in the works, that second part i.e. the admission of guilt from Fox could be the major sticking point. For Fox to admit guilt will be a bitter pill for Fox to swallow. Dominion will certainly look very bad, worse than Fox, if there is no admission of guilt from Fox News.
