How would you explain the difference between him and you? What were you born with that you recognize in him or that you see in yourself that is different from him? Is it genetic? Is it a cosmic curse? Perhaps also, you find such reflections that explain human behavior as I suggested cut too close to the bone. The think about acting our of unconscious feelings and especially trying to avoid seeing them, is that while you can easily persuade yourself your behavior is neutral, it's obvious to others who have faced more of themselves they also once sought to avoid.

Wouldn't it be something if you also hate yourself at a deep and hidden level of feelings when the objective reality is that there's nothing wrong with you. So are you upset or relieved at the good news?

Short answer is that I don't have a maniacal desire for power over others and don't swallow every little lie that's shoved down my throat. And hey, a little self hate isn't such a bad thing (not a lot though, that would indeed suck). I would dearly like to see the demise of Mike and his ilk, and would definitely revel in it. I guess that makes me a bad person for wishing ill on another human being, but I can live with that.

Whether those lawyers should have taken the case or not, they have an absolute right to withdraw if he's really millions in arrears, which I don't doubt. Everyone is entitled to be compensated for their work and if you get too far behind, they'll be allowed to withdraw.

Sorry Mikey. No other law firm will take you when the last one withdrew during an active litigation because you didn't pay them for a year. You'll just have to represent yourself. Now you get to have a fool for a client just like they did.

A former Fox News reporter says in a lawsuit he was fired for pushing back against false claims about the riot at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.

In the suit moved to federal court Monday, producer Jason Donner said he was part of a “purge” of employees who refused to only report information that would “appease” former President Donald Trump and his supporters.

Donner was inside the Capitol when the mob of Trump supporters breached the building. When he heard Fox News reporting that rioters were “peaceful” and “severely disappointed,” he called the control room, using expletives as he said, “you’re gonna get us all killed,” the suit states.
