That being said, if anyone is going to win one of these cases it’s Dominion here’They have no defense. They can't prove that anything their guests said was true, because none of it was. So far as actual malice, many of the assertions made by their guests could have been debunked in 2 minutes with google. Let alone the research staff they have at Fox News. Then several admit they never believed any of it.
