In a stunning segment on Friday, Dobbs aired what amounted to a fact-check of false and misleading claims he himself made.

he never denounced it himself, only played a video, in my opinion, for whatever that is worth, he is still libel

Apparently they're airing the same video on Jeanine Pirro's and Maria Bartiromo's shows in an effort to distance themselves from all their previous statements. I'm not a lawyer, so I have no idea if playing the video would be sufficient to absolve them of guilt for what they've been touting for so long or would serve as a retraction, but I certainly hope not. The way I read the CNN article, there was no comment by Dobbs himself about the video or regarding comments he had made. No apology. No retraction. No nothing.

I think they are on the boarder line, yes, the explanation of the wrong information was there but no actual words from Lou Dobbs himself saying "we were 100% wrong". we'll see how the two companies react to these being shown on 3 different Fox shows, is it enough?.

Just saw some tweets about a meeting held today with Trump, Flynn, Rudy, Powell and others. Apparently Trump is considering appointing Powell as a "special prosecutor" to investigate voter fraud. Just goes to show anyone who thinks the most absurd challenge will never happen is wrong.

Also, apparently there was somewhat serious consideration of Flynn's martial law proposal and Trump did not shoot it down, but cooler heads finally prevailed.
Rudy was supposedly one of the more "reasonable" voices at the meeting. You know the country is in trouble when Rudy is one of the more reasonable voices.

My bet is Dominion / Smartmatic will not sue. They are blowing threats around, but in the event they come to court to dispute her claims, she also has an opportunity to validate hers. That's a lot of scrutiny. There is the one security company that claims to have done forensic audits on Dominion voting machines in Antrim county. These are the guys that issued the report claiming 68% error rate. Of course the company denies it and others are saying it's been debunked. It's hard to imagine there would be such a blatant conspiracy to cheat in such a way, as it would be too easy to check and the perps get caught.

LOL. The POTUS is, unfortunately in this case, the most power person on Earth and you think there's a chance she could validate her concerns? So, as has been asked a thousand times already, do you think it's just that her concerns are completely fabricated, or is Trump et al just the most incompetent group to have ever lived?

It's really not worth the hassle. I don't do twitter or facebook but at least with twitter you can see individual posts without having to actually go to twitter.
